02 · Where demand meets the forecourt

Every network is won one site at a time.

Fuel, convenience retail and EV charging on one plot, fed by the traffic that passes it. I have built pipelines from a standing start: 600+ stations at Circle K, 50 with city master plans at Shell Aljomaih, and the 2030 network strategy at Petromin.

03 · Flagship capability

AI-Powered Site Intelligence.

At Petromin I developed and implemented an AI-based Automated Planning Tool. That approach now sits at the core of every engagement: 3D maps, traffic flow analysis, population and demographic analysis, and consumer buying power read from aggregated, anonymised bank-card spending data. AI models fuse the layers to predict traffic flow and site potential.

AI Site Score: every layer combined into one comparable score per location.

Illustrative Columns rising over the map are demo data, not client data.

04 · The dual approach

Deep AI modelling, proven on the ground.

01

Model

AI predictive models built on traffic, population, spending and competition layers rank every candidate site.

02

Simulate

Digital-twin style simulations of road traffic and forecourt flow: access, queuing, pump and parking capacity.

03

Observe

Site visits, live traffic counts, peak-hour observation and competitor checks by people on the ground.

04

Validate

Field evidence is fed back to test and refine the model before a recommendation reaches the board.

05 · From plot to signed deal

A pipeline that ends in signatures.

  3. Negotiation
  4. Deal signed
  5. Build
  6. Launch

High-value negotiation with oil marketing companies, landowners and partners. At Shell Aljomaih: 18 Shell Service Centers negotiated and signed, above an FY23 target of 15, within SAR 8.9M CAPEX. At Circle K: an M&A pipeline with 1 of 7 target acquisitions signed.
